Fix django-supervisor

          Description

          Django-supervisor doesn't work with Python3.
          It's also no longer maintained, so we probably need to make some custom patches, that fix the problem.

            On python3 we now use badochov/dj-supervisor, a python3-compatible fork of django-supervisor
