      Description

The e-mail that is sent via "Reklamacje" sometimes starts like:

      "Cześć,

      otrzymaliśmy następującą reklamację:

Konkurs: XXIV Olimpiada Informatyczna — I etap
      Użytkownik: Jadwiga Agnieszka Czyżewska (jadwiga21)
Uczestnictwo: Aktywny (druga szkoły ponadgimnazjalnej, XIV Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Stanisława Staszica, Warszawa)
      Zgłoszenia: http://sio2.mimuw.edu.pl/c/oi24-1/admin/contests/submission/?user__username=jadwiga21
      "

      and sometimes like:

      "Cześć,

      otrzymaliśmy następującą reklamację:

Konkurs: XXIV Olimpiada Informatyczna — I etap
      Użytkownik: Jakub Pyka (karateka333)
Uczestnictwo: Aktywny (trzecia szkoły ponadgimnazjalnej, Akademickie Liceum Ogólnokształcące Politechniki Wrocławskiej, Wrocław)
      Zgłoszenia: http://oioioi.mimuw.edu.pl/c/oi24-1/admin/contests/submission/?user__username=karateka333
      "

In the latter case, the link sent as "Zgłoszenia" is incorrect (it starts with oioioi not sio2) and leads nowhere. I haven't been able to spot a pattern of when exactly this happens.

Maciej Matraszek added a comment -
The OI's SIO2 instance is accessible both under sio2.* and oioioi.*: the link depends on the address used by the requester. The second link works for me, but the sessions are separate between those two domains, so you might need to log in there as well.
All in all, it's good that this issue raises your concerns and I believe we should remove the oioioi.* alias.
