Add possibility of specifying extra compilation files which will be used during task upload only

          Description

          The safe way of uploading problem packages does not use any makefiles. Hence, it is sometimes needed that custom files (eg. libraries) are uploaded to filetracker and then used during the process of test generation. Right now it is impossible to use such extra files, but they have to be present during the compilation of each submission to the given task as well.
