          Description

          It would be convenient to have publish/withdraw links (buttons) in places like solutions_list_view or submission_view.
          The main part of this ticket regards redirecting back to the page that we clicked the link on.

              It could replace the entire view dedicated to publishing submissions now and I think it would me more usable.
