Cannot install forum app for an existing contest

          Description

          It's impossible to create a forum for an existing contest if the forum app wasn't installed prior to the contest's creator.

          Steps to reproduce:
          1. Create a new deployment from default settings.
          2. Add a contest.
          3. Add forum to installed apps, sync and migrate.

            As far as I remember, this is the expected behavior.

            An explanation is needed, however. If anyone want to create forum for an existing contest, adjust_contest() method should have been called.
