Description
It's impossible to create a forum for an existing contest if the forum app wasn't installed prior to the contest's creator.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new deployment from default settings.
2. Add a contest.
3. Add forum to installed apps, sync and migrate.

Feel free to reopen it or create a new one if it's still relevant. 
An explanation is needed, however. If anyone want to create forum for an existing contest, adjust_contest() method should have been called.
