There should be a redirect to the model solutions after uploading a new problem

            I think it's quite hard to do right. We should probably allow PackageBackends to decide where to go after uploading a problem, except that we have this additional step when the contest has multiple rounds, where we redirect to the "attach problem to round" screen. I have no idea, how to cleanly inject the following redirect. An additional GET parameter? Maybe.
