[UI] "Add problem" in problemset looks like a tab

          Description

          "Add problem" button looks like a tab (my problems, public problems, etc.) in problemset. It might be unclear, that it's used to create new problems. Might be worth making it look aside from other tabs (like styling it as a green button), so using it would be intuitive

              Summary [UI] W problemsecie, guzik "dodaj zadanie" nie wyróżnia się [UI] "Add problem" in problemset looks like a tab

              Description Guzik dodaj zadanie wygląda identycznie jak zakładki typów zadań w problemsecie (np moje zadania, publiczne, itp).
              Nie wyróżnia się i może być nieintuicyjne, że służy stworzeniu nowego zadania. Warto go wyróżnić (np zestylować go jak zielony guzik, a nie zakładka), bądź w inny sposób uwidocznić, by korzystanie z niego było intuicyjne               		"Add problem" button looks like a tab (my problems, public problems, etc.) in problemset.
