This is a feature that seems to have worked before.
In the admin view for questions in OI24_1:
https://sio2.mimuw.edu.pl/c/oi24-1/questions
I have 4 pages of questions. On the top of the page I see:
<< 1 ... 4 >>
where I can only click on "4" (the last page) or ">>" (the next page). If I click on ">>", I get to page 2, but the ellipsis does not unwind to "2 3".
Actually the ideal interface is for the ellipsis to be like:
1 2 ... 4 if on page 1
1 2 3 4 on pages 2 and 3 (no ellipsis)
1 2 ... 4 on page 4
Or even if there are just a few options (like, at most 5), all the options should be visible.
