Description
I am not sure if our current dashboard fits best to the PA-like contests (online stage) specificity. To my mind, it's not needed to show questions and user submission in this place. Instead, I'd like to see newses!
My proposition:
* implement a news channel - either as a source of newses (and prepare url to share news in xml/rss/son format) or as a news feeder (from external rss channel) -- it's needed to show these newses on an external webpage too (like potyczki.mimuw.edu.pl)
* implement second dashboard view -- with the news channel and an invitation message at the top.
* make context-dependent dashboards -- contest controller should decide which dashboard is proper.
