Description
In times of heavy Gerrit use (ends of sprints mostly), Hudson queue gets filled up pretty quickly, which slows down the review and submission process considerably. One of the things that could be done about it is automatically turning off Hudson checks for commits which are not code, e.g.: technical documentation, README and so on.
