problem statement compilation errors are neither displayed nor emailed

          Description

          When uploading the sinolpack package with problem statement .tex file, which doesn't compile (pdflatex), problem is added without any warning and problem statement is missing.

          In order to reproduce try uploading package with some stupid IDzad.tex file.

          Some warning should have been shown to the admin, because compilation error may be due to latex packages missing.
