Description
Every year during the IOI, there is a conference, which is attended mostly by team leaders of all the IOI teams. It's designed specially to be a place to share innovative ideas and project related to the IOI. I think it's a perfect place for a publication. The papers are then published in a journal: http://www.mii.lt/olympiads_in_informatics/index.html
