Integrate UWSGI into SIO2 supervisor config

          Description

          For now we must restart uwsgi as root after all changes. This can be made way easier if we run uwsgi under supervisord.

          If this is done, README should be updated and the mod_python Apache example configuration can be replaced by mod_uwsgi_proxy.
