            W SIO1 jest coś takiego. Od niedawna. W SIO2 może nawet da się to dorobić,
            ale zważywszy na parę ważniejszych rzeczy, uznajmy to za mniej ważny
            feature.
            Tradycyjnie dodawanie czasu realizowało się w ten sposób, że po zakończeniu
            właściwego konkursu, SIO otwierało się po paru minutach bez ograniczenia
            czasowego, a komisje regulaminowe w regionach pilnowały, żeby dana osoba
            skończyła w dobrym momencie.
