Tests fields in the Change problem instance view don't appear as they should

          Description

          Steps to reproduce:
          1. Upload a package in Contest Administration > Problems.
          2. After it is processed, return to the Problems section and click Edit problem on the newly uploaded package.

          The tests fields should be displayed in a table, like in previous versions of OIOIOI, but instead they are shown under each other, completely unstyled.
