mailnotifyd doesn't send e-mails on Szkopuł

          Description

          Even though mailnotifyd was added today to the supervisord.conf file and started, it doesn't send e-mails to subscribed users.

          Looking at the Django models, they are not marked as sent:

          'mail_sent': False
