The safe way of uploading problem packages does not use any makefiles. It would be very useful if the submit view automatically selected the task for which the user did the last submit in current contest. The motivation for this is:
1. If the user is going to submit a solution to the new task, he/she is going to pay attention to selecting the proper problem.
2. If the user is going to resubmit (possibly n-th time) the solution, he/she is less likely to pay attention to selecting the problem and hence is much more likely to submit the solution to the wrong task.
Now the scenario in 2 is pretty frustrating for the user, because I can imagine some ranking views which take into account the time of the first submission/last submission/number of submissions of a task. Mistakingly submitting code with no option to revert this and therefore - losing points by a very stupid mistake is a situation of which the odds should be minimized by the system as much as possible.

a) admins should be able to change or hide the logo (and menu graphics; see below)

3. The contestlogo module should also become responsible for the graphical elements in the contestant's menu. It's ridiculous that now we force to use the OI graphics with no way of changing it.

The task consists of:

1. Making the pending balloons change to the repo: https://gerrit.sio2project.mimuw.edu.pl/#/c/1763/

2. Creating a view, where the accepted solutions for which the balloons have not been given yet. For each subission, the color of the balloon should be visible. The submissions should be grouped by task (eventually by balloon color). There should be a simple way to mark a balloon as given (well, think how much time you want to spend on it though... :) ).

3. Access control is usually a tricky issue... Here's my proposition:

a) There should be no special user required. It's a hassle to create a user with a shared password.

b) There should be a non-public link, visible in the contest's admin interface. When accessed, the URL should set a cookie (with random value, saved in the database; it's usually the random part of the non-public link URL) valid for one week, giving anyone with this cookie access to a balloons view. The non-public link should be single-use and the contest admin should have an option to re-generate it. The server should check bot the correctlness of the cookie value and the validity date. Moreover for simplicity, generating a new link/cookie invalidates the previously used one. So that you need to only store for each contest a single entity in the database (contest_id, random_cookie_value, validity), where validity is NULL if the link was not yet visited.

2. Harder part: time limits; here it's quite reasonable to allow adjusting them via the Web UI, but they should then be saved back in the package. Maybe it's good enough to save them in the package every time the package is downloaded. Nevertheless, every time the downloaded package would differ from the uploaded package, this should be clearly noted somehow (maybe needs some notification center...)

Sometimes it would be useful to include a one-time link which can be forwarded to someone, who can answer a question, but who is not an admin.

The logic is probably a bit tricky, but preferably:
1. The link should have some finite lifetime, maybe a week. Configurable in settings.py.
2. The link should allow adding answers and editing those which had been created using this link.
3. The author of an answer should be the currently logged in user, even if he has not enough rights to add an answer without the link, or, if no one is logged in, then there should be no author (NULL) in the db, nothing displayed. In the latter case, the answer form should include a visible warning banner.
4. The link should be revocable by contest admin, but this need not be very easy and should not be too prominent. Maybe the question view should include the link when opened by a contest admin, and a "Disable link" option should be there. A similar view exists in szkopul, where the pupils can register to a contest by clicking on a link.

Current design doesn't cooperate well with cross-users submission privileges. Sometimes (namely in cheaters app, source publicizing) we want to show source code (and score in the latter) to non-owner and non-admin, but reusing existing views (especially for source) breaks, when other part of the code want's to show there some useful info.

What we have thought so far:
* It would be really great, to not have to worry in templates whether we should add some diff to check is value is visible. We can achieve that by creating wrapper over Submission objects, which sets to None inaccessible attributes.

Also, even now if we move a task between rounds, UserResultFor* are not properly updated.

As regenerating this may last long, this should be delegated to a Celery worker.
